It is named Songgyedang after the pen names of the two men. The present building, rebuilt in 1960, is a hip-and-gable-roofed house, and the side verandas on both sides of the main hall are one step higher than the main hall and have railings. A great-great-grandson lives next door in Neungseongsega, so visitors must ask for understanding in advance.
