Igongjebi and Gunsu Ihubeomseon Yeongsebulmangbi consists of 3 stone monuments standing side by side inside one monument pavilion in Iseo Park, on the Sincheon Stream bank.
The left and middle monuments honor Yi Seo, the Daegu panggwan (magistrate), who in 1778 used his own money to build an embankment and divert the waterway. They were erected in 1797 and 1805. The right monument honors Yi Beomseon, who quickly repaired the downstream part of the embankment damaged by a flood in 1898. It was erected in 1899. The Deoksu Yi clan association holds a memorial rite here every year on Daeboreum, the full moon of the first lunar month.
