It has 4 municipal arts groups, a traditional Korean music orchestra, a dance company, a theater company, and a boys' and girls' chorus, so it stages its own productions, special exhibitions, and curated exhibitions. Admission fees differ by performance and exhibition, and parking is free. It is closed on Monday and on the days of Seollal and Chuseok, and it operates until 19:00 from April to October and until 18:00 from November to March.
