In Korean: 대구 하중도 (금호꽃섬)
Daegu Hajungdo Island (Geumho Kkotseom) is an island in the middle of the river, between Paldal Bridge and Nogok Bridge, cultivated as seasonal flower fields.
In spring, rapeseed flower fields and barley fields fill the island, and in autumn, cosmos and buckwheat fields do. In September 2021, after a public contest among citizens, its name changed from Hajungdo to Geumho Kkotseom. It is ranked View No. 1 of Buk-gu's 8 Views. The spring flower complex is open 09:00–18:00 on weekdays and 09:00–19:00 on weekends, and access can be restricted during heavy rain.
