Baek In-gwan refused to take office even when King Taejong of Joseon summoned him, and he came to live in Nogok-dong. He is the first ancestor of the Suwon Baek clan to settle there. The grounds have the shrine Sunguisa, the lecture hall Gyeongseonjae, the east building Sudeokjae, the west building Bakhakjae, and the two gates Jindomun and Mosongmun. It is always open with no admission fee, but parking is not available.
