How to get to Blue Moon
A park walking path and a fountain are right next to it. The 2nd floor can be reached only by stairs, so wheelchair users can use only the 1st floor, and some seats on the 1st floor have a step. It is closed on Monday, and 15:00–17:00 is preparation time. You can reserve by phone (053-981-8088).
