It has no east and west dormitory buildings (dongjae and seojae). It consists of a lecture hall, the shrine Gyeongdeoksa, and a monument pavilion recording the filial conduct of his mother, Lady Kang. The lecture hall, Jeon-gwi-dang, is a building with a double-eaved hip-and-gable roof, 4 bays across the front and 1.5 bays along the side. A 2-bay room, a 2-bay daecheong (main floor hall), and a one-bay room sit side by side, with a half-bay porch (toetgan) in front.
