Subongjeongsa stands in the front center of the Bonri settlement of the Nampyeong Mun clan, so it is the first building you see when entering the village.
Today it is used to receive guests and to hold clan gatherings and public and private meetings. The building has 6 bays across the front and 2 bays along the side, with a double-eaved hip-and-gable roof in a straight plan. It is of the jungdang-hyeopsil type, with a 2-bay main hall in the center and ondol rooms on both sides (2 bays on the left, 1 bay on the right). It can be viewed 10:00–17:00, there is no admission fee or parking fee, and it is advisable to inquire before visiting.
