It is a straight-line (I-shaped) building with a gable roof, 4 bays across the front and 1.5 bays on the side. Behind the building stands the Sin Sung-gyeom Yeonggak Yuheo Monument, set up in 1832 by his descendant Sin Jeong-wi. Every year on the 9th day of the 9th lunar month, the clan holds a joint memorial rite. The road from the entrance of Pyeonggwang-dong to Moyeongjae is said to be the escape route of Wang Geon and is called 'Wanggeon Imdo' (Wanggeon Forest Road). It is the Pyeonggwang-dong Wanggeon-gil Road section of Palgongsan Olle Trail Course 4.
