Daegu Art Factory is an art space made from the annex warehouse of a former tobacco factory, and it hosts domestic and international contemporary art exhibitions, performances, and events.
It was created after being selected in October 2008 for a government pilot project to turn modern industrial heritage into cultural and arts creation spaces. Viewing and parking are free, but planned exhibitions may charge an admission fee. It is closed on Monday (the next weekday if Monday is a public holiday).
