Daegu Bongdeok Market
In Korean: 대구 봉덕시장
Daegu Bongdeok Market is a Nam-gu market that formed naturally during the Korean War, when goods from nearby U.S. military bases, such as C-rations, blankets, and sewing machines, were traded here.
In the 70s–80s it was counted among Daegu's 4 major markets. It now sells clothing, farm and livestock products, vegetables, and household goods, and it added an arcade and a parking lot in 2004.
