It was preceded by the Buk-gu Cultural Arts Center, which opened in 1999. In 2015, a Community Culture Center opened, adding an outdoor stage and a small performance hall and exhibition hall. Sculptures stand in the garden around the building. Showtimes and admission fees differ by performance, and parking is free.
