It was first built on Yeongu Mountain in 1665, passed through Dongsan-dong in 1718, and moved to Yeonam Park in Sangyeok-dong. The grounds have a lecture hall, the shrine Sunghyeonsa, a monument pavilion, and a ritual preparation hall (jesucheong). The lecture hall is a building with a hip-and-gable roof, 3 bays across the front and 2 bays on the side. It is open 10:00–17:00 with no days off, and admission is free.
