The Chinese architect Mo Mun-geum designed and built it in 1929 at the request of the Daegu wealthy man Seo Byeong-guk, and it became a national registered cultural heritage in 2006. It is a symmetrical building with a granite entrance projecting forward. It has a playground and a statue of Chiang Kai-shek, and Chinese figures are painted on the wall at the entrance. Course 2 of the Modern Alley Tour ends here, and the interior can be viewed only with a prior reservation.
