How to get to Daegu Beongae Market
Its name comes from a 1970s market where rural peddlers who arrived on dawn trains gathered at 03:00 and broke up by 11 in the morning. It became an official market in 1988. Centered on agricultural and fishery products, it sells grain, fruit and vegetables, clothing, and sundries, and it has restaurants. You can also buy fruit at the Nonghyup Wholesale Center right next door.
